Required Deliverables: Seek full service event management and planning firm with non-profit experience to effectively plan and manage the organization's Fifth Annual Gala Dinner and Leadership Awards to be held on Wednesday, May 13, 2009 in Washington, D.C. Total number of expected guests: 500. Among services requested, include:

• Execute comprehensive event management and planning at the direction and approval of CHLI staff.
• Coordinate all event logistics with venue staff.
• Produce event specific logos and identity materials.
• Manage attendee and participant invitations.
• RSVP/VIP registration and support.
• Confidentiality agreement required.
• Other tasks as required.
