CONGRESSIONAL HISPANIC LEADERSHIP INSTITUTE
LAUNCHES NEWLY REDESIGNED WEBSITE
WASHINGTON, DC
- The Congressional Hispanic Leadership Institute (CHLI) launches a newly
redesigned website that provides valuable resources, upcoming events and important information for those
interested in learning about CHLI. The new website can be viewed at
www.chli.org. It includes easy
navigation, latest videos and photos and updated information on CHLI’s goals and activities featuring the
upcoming immigration briefing breakfast scheduled for Thursday, May 18th.
CHLI , a not-for-profit and non-partisan organization, serves as a testament to our youth, families and
communities of the vibrant and increasingly important role of the Hispanic and Portuguese community in
the United States. The newly redesigned website was made possible by the generous support of Verizon
Communications, Inc.
“We are proud to launch CHLI’s new website, said Representative Lincoln Diaz-Balart, CHLI Chairman,
“It reflects CHLI’s continued growth as an organization that recognizes the importance of reaching out to
the Hispanic and Portuguese communities through all possible means, including the Internet.”
The Congressional Hispanic Leadership Institute’s website includes the following:
Scrolling headline news where CHLI will post their latest events and announcements.
Easy access to information on the Ford CHLI Leadership Program – Users will be able
to download applications for this highly competitive summer Congressional internship
program as well as learn about the status of their application.

Ability for potential sponsors to view and download sponsorship package information.
Simple for users to sign up and receive CHLI’s monthly newsletter as well as submit questions or
