Currently is an up and coming Real Estate Advisor practicing Commercial Real Estate with Keller Williams in New Jersey. Originally starting as a Residential Real Estate advisor, Daniel noticed that many minority-owned lots and businesses were being bought at a massive discount relative to their comparables within the same area and shifted his focused to commercial real estate to provide quality and value-added strategies to ensure wealth is not lost as the properties are developed into high rise condominiums and luxury assets. Outside of his client-related work, Daniel continues to mentor young men and women from various socioeconomic backgrounds, performs community service through his fraternal involvement with the Free & Accepted Masons of the Grand Lodge of NJ, and is an active member of his community in West New York, NJ. He obtained his bachelors from the Rutgers Business School in Newark, NJ. Was a fellow of the CHLI Global Leaders Internship & Fellowship Program in Fall of 2013. In April of 2019 he obtained his Certification in Commercial Real Estate from the Cornell University SC Johnson College of Business.
