Erika is responsible for managing and cultivating strategic relationships with United States Congress affinity caucuses and Congressional Members in and of the caucuses, which include the Congressional: (1) Black Caucus, (2) Hispanic Caucus, (3) Asian Pacific American Caucus, (4) Caucus for Women’s Issues, and (5) LGBT Equality Caucus. Erika also manages National GR relationships with the McDonald’s Diverse Owner/Operator groups, National stakeholder groups, and Congressionally affiliated organizations.

Prior to joining McDonald’s, Erika worked in the U.S. House of Representatives where she served as a Director of Policy. She was responsible for strategy, development, and execution of policy proposals and senior advisor on all legislative matters. Before working on Capitol Hill, she served as a Regulatory Counsel for the U.S. Food & Drug Administration. Erika holds a BA from the University of Georgia and a Juris Doctorate from Florida A&M University College of Law..
